common carrier such as UPS or FedEx must be refused at the time of delivery. Damaged goods shipped by LTL Truck should be

required to notify PHENIX of damages as soon as it is discovered, and to properly document those damages. It is important to
note that if damages are reported more than 5 days after delivery, the carrier will not allow us to process a claim or to reimburse
the customer. PHENIX will not be responsible for any damaged packages that were not refused or noted on the bill of lading.
