For Gel Electrophoresis, Phenix's new DNA Ladders are supplied at a concentration of 50ug/500ul (0.1up/ul). The 1Kb DNA Ladder contains 13 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 300 bp to 10,000 bp. The 100 bp DNA Ladder contains 11 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 100 bp to 2,000 bp.
