Payment Terms:

Terms / Open Account: Net 30 days with approved credit. Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. Any invoice unpaid for more than 30 days from the date of invoice will be subject to a charge of 1.5% per month, which is an 18% annual rate. To set up an account for billing, call 828-418-1060 or download our credit application form. If you are part of a large company or university, your institution may already have a credit line approved. Call customer service to check with us before completing the forms.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Cards will be pre-authorized during order processing and are actually charged at the time of shipping. At the company’s discretion, it may decide not to accept a credit card at any time without providing a reason. See Privacy Policy for security/encryption method and privacy information.

Pricing:
Pricing of items are based on current published Phenix Research prices or on negotiated contract or quoted prices. All prices are in US$ dollars. Phenix Research Products reserves the right to increase prices due to market conditions or data entry error. Customers will be given notice prior to order acceptance if there is such a change. Prices do not include freight, handling fee, sales tax or customs and duties, which if applicable, will be added to invoice and paid by customer.

Shipping and Freight Terms:
Terms are FOB Shipping Point unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Standard shipping method is FedEx ground, but alternate shipping methods are available upon request. Priority and Overnight shipping is available upon request. Large shipments may come palletized via LTL (Truck) shipment. Please notify us if your facility cannot accommodate trucks.

Returns:
Returns will only be accepted with a pre-approved Return Authorization Number (RGA). Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original packaging, including documentation and be in a re-sellable condition. Custom orders, special orders and pre-sterilized products that have been opened cannot be returned. There is a 20% restocking charge for returns on orders that were filled correctly. Credit for returned items are processed after product is received back by Phenix Research Products. Call 800-767-0665 for further information.

Claims:
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all packages upon receipt. Shipping company rules require the receiver to inspect shipments and file damage claims within 5 days of receipt, otherwise a claim cannot be filed. Returns will only be accepted with a pre-authorized Return Authorization Number (RGA). Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original packaging, including documentation and be in re-sellable condition.
